As a Visual Merchandiser at Mulberry Korea, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and elevating the visual presentation of all Mulberry stores across South Korea. You will work closely with the Global Visual Merchandising Manager and local teams to uphold high visual standards, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand image across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

Creative & Display

  • Plan and manage a visual merchandising calendar aligned with seasonal windows, merchandise drops, and marketing events
  • Develop and present creative visual displays and themed installations that align with seasonal product strategy
  • Adapt global guidelines into localized store displays, theatrical installations, and markdown presentations
  • Act as liaison with Global VM team to communicate and implement regional creative ideas

Events & Launches

  • Coordinate with HQ and local marketing teams to support store openings, pop-ups, press events, and promotional launches
  • Manage event displays, props, supplier communication, and budgeting
  • Support seasonal visual rollouts in coordination with Country Manager
    Training & Standards
  • Use HQ materials to train local store teams in VM standards and techniques
  • Conduct store visits to deliver VM training and compliance reviews

Operations & Communication

  • Collaborate with Retail Manager on POS branding, inventory of visual stock, and overall execution
  • Communicate regularly with HQ and regional teams about VM successes, challenges, opportunities, and risk factors
  • Participate in projects offering insights and recommendations based on regional store performance

Travel

  • Regular travel to stores across Seoul and wider South Korea as required

Skills & Experience

  • 4+ years of visual merchandising experience within luxury retail
  • Experience in APAC markets is a strong advantage
  • Creative, self-driven, yet collaborative; able to generate sustainable visual concepts
  • Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Well-organized and able to handle fast-paced, deadline-driven retail environments
  • Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking)
  • Willing to travel locally and occasionally overseas for visual merchandising project needs

  • 보고서 체계 구축 및 데이터 지원
  • 자동화 워크플로우 설계 및 A/B 테스트 수행
  • 일상 업무 지원: 주문·재고 관리, 자산 조율, 고객 대응
  • 마케팅 매니저와 협업해 오프라인 이벤트 지원

자격 요건

  • 학사 이상, 디지털 마케팅 경력 3년 이상
  • 패션 브랜드 또는 유통업 디지털 마케팅 경험 우대
  • 글로벌 시장(영국・유럽・북미) 경험 보유자 우대
  • 창의적이고 적극적인 팀 플레이어
  • 한국어·영어 능통자
  • 높은 분석력 및 커뮤니케이션 역량 필요
